Cloud Services

Problem:

Everybody is rushing to "The Cloud" without thinking through a clear strategy to leverage this technology.

From our perspective, most off-the-shelf Cloud platforms define a few different bases from which you can build additional services on top of and you usually need to. This forces you to turn these off-the-shelf solutions into "customized" solutions to get maximum benefit from them.

Solution:

Large Cloud providers have numerous Cloud offerings that can be used as a base to build upon. Inevitably, you will have to customize their solution. High Caliber's Cloud solutions are complete and fully customized to suit each client's unique requirements.

High Caliber can work with you to design, implement, and support a Cloud solution that will do what you need it to now and in the future.

Benefits:

Ultimately, the primary benefit to the customer is lower life-cycle cost and increased efficiencies that will result in a solution designed specifically for them.

From my perspective, most off the shelf solutions define a few different bases from which you can build additional services on top of and you usually need to. This turns, off-the-shelf into ‘customized’ solutions. Our solution is complete and fully customized. Verizon has a pile of different ‘cloud’ offerings that can be used as bases to build upon, the closest match to our solution is their “Enterprise Cloud Private Edition” which is something that you would then have to build upon aka customize. http://www.terremark.com/services/infrastructure-cloud-services/enterprise-cloud/enterprise-cloud-private-edition.aspx Some points that stand out: - Primary ‘cloud’ infrastructure located at a low latency route optimized datacenter (Internap’s MIRO solution) o http://www.internap.com/business-internet-connectivity-services/performance-ip/route-optimization-miro/ o This removes dependency on the carrier network. - Primary office secure linked to datacenter via HCSI’s custom Redundant Routing Appliance with multiple ISP failover. o Multiple hardware elements can fail while keeping you operational. o Note: requires at least 2 internet connections for ISP failover. o This also removes dependency on the carrier network when 2 internet connections are utilized. - Enterprise level services at a fraction of the cost for comparable solutions.
